📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another when it’s on the way.

Please allow extra time during high-volume periods like sales, holidays, or new product drops. If there are any significant delays, we’ll contact you via email.

 


🌍 International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

Note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery.


🚫 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Some products may have restricted shipping based on size, weight, or region-specific laws.


❗ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

Check around your delivery area.

Contact your local carrier.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
